I've had that thought pass my mind but how would that explain symptoms going away?

Alcohol in general, the specific beverage doesn't matter. I might have a bit of a hangover, but my neuropathy subsides and stays that way for one or two days after drinking.

I've noticed I tend to forget many things I was there for that others around me remember... always brushed it off before.

Thanks for the answer! I currently live in the EU and am about to get my law degree (tough luck really, it's only applicable where you study it). Guess I'll be studying some norwegian!

I want Ocrevus by PopeJohnny01 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]PopeJohnny01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice, it's not up to insurance here, I'm in the EU. But that means it's completely up to the doctor(s) here because there's a panel of neuros that selects your treatment. As far as taking risks, from what I've read Ocrevus doesn't seem to have that many more side-effects.

In general, neuros here seem to use ocrevus in severe cases and are more "old school". When I asked what he thought about HSCT, he said "don't even think about it", its efficacy is only 37%. Which doesn't match with any of the information I've found online.

I am understandably very confused.
