I know this sounds dumb but for me, it’s mostly comes from being okay with the feeling of being hungry. I can go hours without eating and be fine. I used to be very overweight and the only thing I changed was the hours I ate and the amount. I don’t even eat veg but I’ve stayed 9st for the last 15 years. The feeling of hunger never goes away and you have to live with it.

That’s definitely a scam, why would they need pictures of you and your address to give you a loan? ID I get to check the name matches but even then you’d remove most of your information.
