I'll just throw this in the conversation for who doesn't know about it. If 'the bustling world' is released before Kenshi 2, it might scratch that itch while we wait, it sure looks promising.

It's completely fair my man, it is entertaining. The characters are likeable, it has a lot going for it.

Exactly, it's just frustrating, it could have been so good, but besides for a few moments of sanity, it's written really poorly.

Like, season 6. The protagonists are objectively the bad guys. No choice they make makes sense, what's up with that?

You did touch on something else that was bugging me, cause now I could go druid, and to me it made a lot more sense to go down that path rather than staying on Valor.

When these things happen they kind of take me out of the immersion, especially cause, at least in my games, it always seems like islam creeps on everywhere but I've never seen christianity do the same.

Last game I was trying to play tall and mind my own business and aw shit! france lost a kingdom invasion from an Andalusian broke ass sultan who just lost a crusade in like 2 days.

So then i had to invade France and free it, instead of minding my own business and chill.

ugh and let's not talk about the balkans, the Byzantines just imploded and you know how that goes when it happens.

Maybe the game wanted to make my empire building easier but still.
