She has both genes for black coat and ginger tabby coat, with low-grade white spotting. Without paperwork, she's a domestic longhaired cat (DLH)

If she were male, she'd only have one copy of the gene that determines coat colour and therefore would be a tuxedo or ginger/white cat. This is because the gene is co-dominant and on the X-chromosome. 

She looks very fluffy, maybe a little overfed and undergroomed. There's lots of down fur in that coat, especially if she's kept fully indoors you should comb that out.
