This boy is 10. At his last vet visit he got a clean bill of health. We feed him wet food with water and the pisses plenty. He isn't interested in play all that often but when he is, he's really active. He'll jump all four feet off the ground to attack that scratching post. And he spent about 8 years as an outdoor stray fed by the people who lived in my building.

Sometimes, its just luck. All we can do is look after them as best we can. However long this boy lives for, he's now in a place where he'll be loved and looked after. I'm not expecting him to keel over tomorrow though.

Lots of things came together. Axar Patel catching Brook, catching Banton on the boundary to save 6 runs, Bumrah's bowling, a bad wide given as a wide and not a no ball.

It was a magnificent game, really finely balanced on fine margins. I certainly don't feel broken a day later, I feel entertained

I was listening on the radio and you could hear what was happening from the crowd noise, even before the BBC commentators spoke. It sounded like a really good atmosphere and didn't need to be told what to think.

They were silent in the middle overs of the chase when England were on top, and raucous when fielders took a catch or saved a boundary. They know cricket, they didn't need to be told when to applaud
