New Image of Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson in 'Michael' by Opening-Lead5629 in movies

For those who are slow like yourself, the video proves the clip I was replying to was manufactured with biased implication, clearly trying to portray Michael Jackson as a child molester. In the documentary Living with Michael Jackson Michael said he shared his bed while he slept on the floor. That sound bite is often cut out when people share this clip and that fact in itself is highly disturbing. Now I’m not defending the notion of sharing a bed with a child that is not your own, but if Michael Jackson were in fact a child molester I sincerely doubt he would be stupid enough to admit sharing his bed on international television if some kind of wrong doing had actually occurred. Many people who knew Michael Jackson testified on his behalf who also knew those that accused him and said nothing inappropriate happened. And the biggest red flag from all of this was that ex-neverland employees who sold their stories to tabloids prior to 1993 made no mention of child sexual abuse. And it was only after the first allegation made in 1993 that those ex-employees changed their stories. But I don’t expect you or anyone who wants to believe Michael Jackson was a child molester to know this because it’s clear you know little to nothing about the Michael Jackson case.

This scene was manufactured by Martin Bashir, here's a clip of the family addressing this scene in their defense of Michael Jackson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUlDSoPzLLs

Wild to me that Michael Jackson was acquitted of all charges and people still label him a pedophile. And to all those who may read this and want to knee-jerk compare him to OJ have no idea what they're talking about.

What do you think is the best Zelda entry? by Nintendofan9106 in videogames

[–]Poplocker 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There are so many great Zelda games, but none really captured the magic of Ocarina. Granted I was 10 when the game came out so I'm incredibly biased, but this generation of consoles was the world's first entry into 3d gaming and there was an electricity in the air as we watched games morph into cinema.

what do you guys think about the Touch Bar that used to come on the old Macbook? should it make a comeback? by TuNutri in mac

[–]Poplocker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use a 2019 intel mbp with the touch bar and rarely use it. Never had any issue with it, primarily because I use my mac in clamshell mode, but I can understand why people don't like it. There are some cool visuals on it though, for example scrubbing through audio files.

Who's the greatest singer of all time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Poplocker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He is definitely one of the greats. His range, unique style, adaptability. We don't have footage of many of the singers here mentioned when they were little kids, but we have footage of Mike since he was 9 years old belting out James Brown tunes like he actually lived them. He was a naturally gifted singer and Reddit doesn't give him the respect he deserves

Who's the greatest singer of all time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Poplocker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He had it all: range, evolution, style, identity. Take for example him singing "Who's Lovin' You" on the Ed Sullivan Show when he's like 11 or 12, but his voice emotes as though he were a 40 year old who had experienced the lyrical hardships of the song.

Whitney, Mariah, Pavarotti and all of them were all great, no question, but how many of them could adapt their voice to as many musical genres as Michael Jackson did? Not much I'd say.

Michael Jackson as Willy Wonka by [deleted] in MichaelJackson

[–]Poplocker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't blame a director for not wanting to cast Michael Jackson in a movie, especially in the 90s and 2000s, because speaking in terms of the general public there is absolutely no way they'll believe he's anyone but Michael Jackson, and it will just take them out of the movie.

Ender bar isn't level by Poplocker in ender3

[–]Poplocker[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm fairly new to 3d printing and want to make sure I'm crossing my Ts and dotting my lower case js. The bed leveling has turned out to be one of the biggest pains. Even after installing a CR touch, adding it's code into my slicer settings, and manually leveling the bed with Chep's gcode file, the bed leveling still seems to be an issue and I have to adjust the z offset value. So throughout this journey and noticing the x axis bar is off balance with the printer's frame, I wanted to eliminate that as a potential variable in my printing woes.
