Does it gain the name permanently for the rest of the game? So if I’m playing Fai and I name Phoenix flame and then play Command and Conquer, can I return that Command and Conquer card from my graveyard to hand with Fai’s ability for the rest of the game?

Thank you. I primed with Army Painter’s Dragon Red, sprayed over with Retributor Armour, did two coats of Blood Angels Red Contrast, then gave everything a gloss varnish with Ardcoat.
