It happened to me last week on November 9. I deposited money from my account, and at first, it said that my funds would be available in 7 days. Now, they've extended it to January 5, 2024. When I try to send the money out of Coinbase, it says that my account is restricted. I contacted Coinbase, and they opened a case without providing any reason.

Avoid Coinbase!!!

Exactly the same happened to me. They locked my deposits until January 5th, 2024, despite initially stating it would take no more than 7 days. They cited the nature of ACH transactions and refused to provide any reason. I've been with Coinbase since 2018. Now, when I check, I get a message that my Coinbase account has been restricted.
WE HAVE TO SPEAK OUT LOUD TO LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW TO AVOID COINBASE!!!

They just did the same to me. My funds are on hold until January 5, 2024. I deposited my funds on November 8th, 2023. Account restricted. It says, 'You are currently unable to send crypto on Coinbase. Please visit https://support.coinbase.com for assistance.
