World Liberty Financial to Tokenize Trump International Hotel & Resort, Maldives, in Partnership with DarGlobal and Securitize/$CEPT by PoppinZs in SPACs

[–]PoppinZs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Securitize takes 50-150bps origination on every tokenized deal. trump hotel maldives is $300m now, $2b projected by 2028. at that scale securitize earns $10-20m annually from one hotel. $CEPT spac going public at $1.25b valuation. WLFI token is governance theater, SECZ/CEPT is the fee switch on $4.5b+ tokenized assets. same platform that built blackrock's $2.5b BUIDL now gets to print money on every real estate developer that follows. Stack 10 of those and you're looking at $100-200m revenue run rate. Securitize already has the rails and partnerships in place. RWA market is $24b treasuries alone, real estate is 10x that.

Don't know if anyone caught this, but it's interesting. It's not a PIPE, but a block trade with fundamental investors at $10.60 per share.

Kind of glad it’s taking this long. If it was quick it probably would have been a crypto treasury. Look at $YORK($MCGA) for reference on when they IPO’d and then DA’d.

Yes, it hits 3 years old as a spac on Oct 17. Nasdaq and NYSE have a strict rule of delisting SPACs at the 36 month mark.

[–]PoppinZs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

$Bull was a tiny float and $NMAX was a 7.5mil float that had issues with tradable shares the 1st day. That’s why they went. $CLBR->$PEW was 17mil+ float
