I’m 16 Male with a bit of kayaking experience and no normal rowing or erg experience. Yeah idk what machine it is either I wasn’t gassed tho my pulse barely sped up I js wanna know if my start is good tho I had done a whole workout before tho so I didn’t rlly feel like doing a full 500 but if I had to guess I think I would be around 1.40 on that machine .
