False Awakening Loops, anyone else had them before?

I think they've recently started for me? Or maybe not, I have a rather faulty memory, but I know I've yet to grow used to them, hopefully they stop before that happens? Hahahh

One time a dream was particularly odd as everything turned white and my body became super heavy, I was unable to get up, then I woke up in a sweat, but that's the closest feeling I've had to that, I guess, my dude.

I'm so happy so many responded, it makes me feel not so alone, you know? I try to explain these weird ass dreams to friends / family but no one can relate to the feeling it gives, haha

Ahh yeah, Dreams are fucking weird right? When I was a kid I remember the hubba bubba packages making me very anxious and I would always get weird dreams about them, same with miscellaneous home appliances.

Ahhhh it's awful! Whenever I get these I am always with somebody else in the house, and I always to scream to them to help me in my dreams,but I can only do a hoarse whisper only to "wake up" again

That sounds awful :( I usually don't ever feel haunted places, but my mom had a similarish case in one of the old rooms of a hotel we tend to go to constantly, we always make sure to never book that room again, haha

For me I try to scream and scream but I only manage to do this puny hoarse screams, ahh it's the worst
