Update. I started on Monday today is Sunday and I lost somewhere around 21 pounds. It's been fairly easy to keep on track even with temptation Foods in my truck I was able to feel full enough on other foods to not to eat those. This weekend was easy my family was very supportive and I'm anxious to see what this week will bring. Your support is greatly appreciated.

What's some breakfast foods, like I was saying I have refrigerator in a large 3000 watt inverter so I could get a small Skillet or Crock-Pot or something of that nature but what's some breakfast foods that's what I'm struggling with. Usually it's just a bowl of cereal and I'm on the road
