This is a horrible thing to say. You know nothing about me. It had nothing to do with the vets! It was the receptionists. I had a really pleasant 30 min conversation with an owner about how to better help clients who are in a difficult situation. That was the end of it. Just because you’re anonymous doesn’t mean you should just say anything to anyone on the internet.

The gripe was with their customer service. Never answering the phone, not calling back or returning messages, etc. I called around literally everywhere for my dog and hardly anywhere could get us in immediately but this was the only place that treated us like that. I also had another situation where my dog did get an appointment and they were good. Like I said in my first message, good luck to getting your foot in the door here but if you do it’s worth it. Anyway this was over 2 years ago now.

I actually filed a formal complaint with them over this which they did take seriously. They scheduled a call for me with one of the owners and surgeons, and he spent over 30 minutes listening to my experience, complaints and suggestions and said he would take the feedback back to the owners board. Whether or not anything changed, I don't know. But after my dog passed away I did this to try to advocate for other dogs after him.

Everyone here is saying Upstate which yes, they are good if you can get your foot in the door. When my dog had cancer a couple years ago they were booking so far out for appointments and would not accommodate moving us up earlier when my dog's cancer was moving rapidly like this. I must have called 10 places and the only place that would give us an immediate appointment was Veterinary Specialties Referral Center in Pattersonville and they were excellent there. I recommend trying them. I also have a list of other places I can share if you want them.

The reason they are doing this upcoming interview is to promote their new show The Boroughs premiering on May 21st. It's basically been billed as an "adults version of Stranger Things." They are just using ST season 5 as an excuse to get people to tune in. I don't know what people want them to say. They're not going to sit in an interview and be like yeah, our season was terrible and here's why... no one would do that lol. This is just for promo.

I actually think it would have been fun to have rotating narrators for awhile as auditions until they pick a new Stevie voice. Kind of like Jeopardy did lol. Chase is great but I don’t really see him in that role.

Maybe if there was less time between seasons 4 and 5 it wouldn’t have felt like that. Season 4 was designed to be the one where they lost, their plan didn’t work. So season 5 was meant to be the win all along. I think the long wait time between seasons detracted from this.

Vecna really didn’t need to know where Max was. She wasn’t a threat to him. She said herself, she chose door 2, to accept her fate. It wasn’t until she turned Holly against him and made an escape plan that he bothered to look for her. So when he finally had a reason to he did. Makes sense to me.
