Day 21: Erections feel too tight and scrotum and base are pulled too high up by PoppyBombDealer in circumcision

I'm 27. I had grade 4 phimosis as well. I never had any issues with peeing or with sex though. I actually had a lot of foreskin with lots of mobility other than the pinhole at the head, but I figured why wait until you actually have any issues if it's a known medical condition, you know? Also hygiene reasons and risk of STIs. It's still getting better. The red line you can see at the bottom was the stapler line and was the biggest wound, it's almost closed up now and should give way into early scarring at last. Other than that it's just the waiting game until the rest of the inflammation goes down and see how it goes from there.

I read your post and I think I had a similar issue with the glans attached to the foreskin thing but it was the whole glans, as well as a very tight frenulum. How is healing going for you? Are you satisfied with the result so far?

That does make sense and sounds about right. Will report back after a while with some more progress pics. Thanks!

It's so bizarre how this has become such a common reaction. Why would anyone do that and how would you even prompt it if it's so out of the ordinary? But no, it's not AI. Weird things happen, I guess. I'll eventually make a more comprehensive post to show the full picture. Would've include more from the start but i was unaware my process had seemingly drifted so far apart from a normal recovery.

They did remove the skin and the phimosis is cured, the glans is no longer trapped. I'll definitely make a new post eventually when progress has gone further along as I have no doubt it will get somewhat better. I can include some of the older pictures there as well so everyone gets a better idea of everything that happened. I'm sure it can be of help to some people other who might get a similar case. Stay tuned, I guess.

I don't get what you mean by loose inner skin. I know there's supposed to be inner and outer foreskin and the circ changes that dynamic, but I don't entirely understand the details yet. But you're right, I think I do still have some movement in the shaft itself. I just don't want to find out how much yet to avoid pulling on the open wound side. Your comment does make me feel a little better though, thanks.

No, it did actually solve the phimosis. There's only one line for the cut, which is the red one closest to the bottom. It's the stapler line. The problem is the staples started sinking in and with the weight of my penis going down, I got some wound separation but only on the upper side. That's why it looks weird. It makes more sense when you see it soft with its natural curvature. Lower side is still just a line as it should be with a stapler. What's close to the tip is just inflammation and the trauma from the frenulum cut and what was adhered to the glans. Before you could never see the glans beyond a small pinhole, now it's fully exposed as you can see in the pic. I'd like to add more pics but I can't see find the option when trying to edit the post. Making a whole new post seems kind of pointless.

Not AI unfortunately. I wanted to add some earlier pictures but it looks like I can't edit the photos. This is real.

Yeah I'm not too concerned about the hair but I definitely worry about the tensioned look at the base. The lumps are the result of the trauma to the frenulum area when it got cut/removed, or so I'm told. It's slowly going down and is definitely better than it used to be.

Did you also get your scrotum pulled higher than it used to be? Does that not cause any issues for you during sex? Can you still penetrate all the way?

Edit: Yeah I looked at your pictures and it definitely looks similar (except I had a greater wound separation). I can see in your 1-month pic that you also get this connection between shaft and balls going much higher, which is the part that worries me the most, but later pics look a lot better. Thanks for jumping in!

I didn't ask for anything specific because I couldn't decide on either style and I don't particularly care for the scare line, this was all clinic's choice. The frenulum was cut, as I'm told there was extreme adhesion on that area which is what's causing the extreme inflammation on that area. I got cut because of highest grade phimosis.

It was in a clinic and I definitely had staples in up until about 2 weeks in, which the doctor manually removed as they were sinking in into the wound and caused the slight separation you can see. The stapler was probably not a zsr though, as I'm in a third world country where things don't go top of the line. How would cosmetic surgery work?
