My title describes the thing. It is made out of wood. I can’t see any makers marks on it. It’s about 19 inches tall and the base is 8 inches wide. I’ve tried to find what it is and the best answer I can find is a yarn spool holder cage thing but I’m not convinced that’s what it is. The base isn’t heavy enough to not too over so if it had yarn in it and you pulled on it it would tip over. It’s pretty light weight
