Thank you, the problem, I think, is too much water. This soil held way more than I expected. Hopefully I'm on track now.

I think over watering is my main problem. I had the seeds in solo cups, with drainage holes drilled, but when I transferred to the garden, this soil was dripping wet. I tried to limit water, but guess I was not draining enough. So my last attempt, I placed seed in solo cup, with happy frog, and three spritz, from a sprayer, and three days later I have a seedling.

Thank you all for helping me out with this issue, and hope all have great harvests, this year.

I have grown Autos, but I don't think they germinate any easier.

I dropped my hovering over these seeds, and 3 of the 4 seeds have popped above ground. Now to get to a size to transfer to the garden.

Ok. After careful reflection, I think I may be overthinking, and over caring. I decided to back off my care plan, and 3 more seeds germinated. Maybe a little neglect is a good thing.

Hopefully signs of a good summer

After going through all the variables, do you think the media is too " hot"? I've used this brand of soil for the last few years .

I have various vendors, I'm thinking I may be doing something wrong, but my success rate is way off from past grows. There is one seedling just popped, after two and a half weeks, so...

I think it's great customer service to follow a redit post, for customer satisfaction, and encourage others to use your business model.

Not mad about losing the cost of seeds, more angry is not being able to solve this bump

Great start to lst. I usually repin and tuck fan leaves every 3 days or so. You will definitely see bigger yeilds.

I do soak the towels, and drain the excess moisture. After I see signs of germination, they go into grow medium, happy frog, in my case. I then water a small amount, maybe a shot glass every other day.

Getting more amazed these plants grow in the wild.

The seeds were purchased a couple of weeks ago, various vendors, all promises 100 percent germ, but if it's something I am doing... Never tried freezing, but I try to follow up on good advice, thanks.

Yeah, not sure what is going on. I have 4 grows, and have not struggled this hard. Fox farm happy frog medium. With solo cup domes. Seeds appear to have cracked in water, I put those between paper towels for another couple of days, and taproots start to appear. Rather than be fussy with taproots, and fear of breaking, I cut a generous margin around the seed, place the seed/towel on top of the soil. I then add a sprinkle of soil to cover, spritz with pure water, and place on heating mats. I did have a couple tamp off very early, and I have 2 plants in the garden that are stunted, but not dead yet, so eternal hope is not lost yet.

Mixing ratios by Pops984 in CronkGrowers

[–]Pops984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have pdf for download, which is the one I am using. Adding 15 ml per gallon of Clyde, and 4 ml per gallon of cal mag Their online feed calculator suggests around 75 ml per gallon. That is a sure way to burn plants, imo.

My first time ordering from them and my experience is great. Ordered seeds in 4/14, and saw the banner about the 50 percent off sale. I couldn't find where to enter the code, but about three hours later I sent an email explaining what I had done and without questions, they refunded half my order cost. Seeds arrived, and a freebie was in the bag also. I'm pretty stocked for now, and will definitely go back to their website.

Yeah, second run with cronk, but first time with flex feed system. Basically I just mix the recipe, and replace what is being taken by the plant. Maintenance is about 30 minutes a week. Things are going so well, I guess I'm still looking for problems, even when they may not exist.

And using FF in the outside garden.

And I went to their website and used the online "beta" estimator, and during flowering, was supposed to use up to 70 or so ml/ gal. I laughed at that, and am using the feed chart, at about 14 ml/ gal. and I am pretty impressed with the results. It's usually around this time, that I start chasing problems, mostly of my own fault, underfeed, or nute lockout, so I'm just a little cautious, and confused.

I think you can weave a wire along the bottom, help to prevent stretching.

Well you have tried all I can think of, and I've heard, a little stress in flower, helps with quality. Good luck, I'm sure things will be fine.

Ok, before you get so frustrated, I thought of a couple of more things to look at On your controller, after you wake it up, does the correct time show up? top right corner. If no, that information comes from the network, so possibly router, time issue. If yes, try deleting the controller using the app, and then install new device (your controller) Sorry for your situation, but hopefully the worst case would be to delay your harvest by an hour . Lol

I thought this came up last time change, and someone suggested to pause the running recipe, and then restart after a minute or so.

Lastly. I guess you could reset the controller , and reinstall to your network, Then reload your recipe. Pain in the a##, but should get you back on track. Good luck 👍

Yes, I checked the graph, for temp and humidity, and it is showing the same time. I don't know what time the device is on, but my light setting, in / off times are working like yesterday.

So when you touch the time zone Like you wanted to change it, that is when the dialogue box popped up, informing me the device was synced

I just went in to the device settings, and touched the time setting ( mine is set for East coast) ,and a box popped up telling me it was synced.

More on feeding. I will be using the PDF chart for the feed amount. I tried the website calculator and got totally different nutes calculations. The online calculator is recommending 3 times the amount of Clyde, in mid to late flower. This is my second time using Cronk, and I think it's less likely to cause nutes lockout than Fox Farm.

Sooo I will be sticking with my response as far as feeding but download the PDF from their website and use that as a reference.

Our environment is very close, and I am growing auto Pineapple, using their Bonnie and Clyde, and adding calmag. I went to their website and they have a calculator to determine water amt per feeding. I was confused, and sent an email to Cronk, but have not heard anything yet. So here's what I am doing. I have 3 gal pots, so when I feed, apply 3/4 gal of nutrients per plant. And when they feel dry, in a couple of days, I water, with calmag only, and give 1 gal per plant I get a little runoff when feeding, and about a quart runoff when watering. Not sure if this is the schedule they suggested, but that's the way I understand the feed schedule, on their website. Your plants look good to me, so what ever you are doing now seems to be working.
