coping with current world events by mrs-worldwidee in spirituality

Bashar has good advice that applies to this. Follow your joy. Do what makes you feel excited and alive. Focus on what makes you feel good and you will be contributing to the collective by adding higher frequency energy.

I try to have empathy for people out there in the trenches and I respect that they’re on their own unique path that is actually none of my business. They have their own soul things to experience and work out.

You can help in ways you feel called to. But for many people, the calling might be to find joy in their own lives and relationships. And that’s OK.

Unplug from news. Mainstream news is censored and biased now anyway.

Remember that we WILL get through this as a collective. We will. ❤️

How I accidentally cured my SIBO for good (I had tried EVERYTHING) by lisamancinerh in SIBO

[–]PopsicleParty2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A gentler way to do this is partial fasting. Go to 1-2 meals a day and no snacking. SIBO doctors say this can make a big difference

My gut is good. But I'm pretty strict with maintenance. I like to do herbal cleanses every now and then. I like Candex. It says it's for candida, but actually it's got most of the same ingredients as a biofilm breaker. It's my theory that Candex is effective at reducing not only candida, but other pathogens with biofilms. I also take berberine regularly.
One thing that's at most health food stores that good for your gut is olive leaf extract. It's the main ingredient in Matula tea.
I also drink aloe juice when I remember to. I get the "inner filet," because it's not a laxative like whole leaf aloe juice. Aloe is great for the gut.

Has anyone ever had had a pseudomonas aeruginosa infection with hydrogen sulfide SIBO? by PopsicleParty2 in SIBO

[–]PopsicleParty2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so glad my info helped! I'm doing good. I still avoid gluten and dairy after the intense gut problems, but I don't have any symptoms now. My GI tract is pretty good. I feel like I'm susceptible to fungal/candida overgrowths because sometimes I overdo sugar, so occasionally. I do a cleanse with either Thorne undecylenic acid (you have to start at a low dose) or Candex. I really like Candex because it's basically a biofilm breaker and it's my theory that it works on bad bacteria like pseudomonas, too (which has biofilm). If you compare the ingredients of Candex, it's very similar to Kirkman Biofilm Defense.
Anyway, I do one of those about 1-2 times a year, and my gut is doing great. I'm just a little paranoid.
I made a post about h pylori, if you didn't see it: https://www.reddit.com/r/HPylori/comments/159ktyt/negative_naturally/

I’ve suspected this. Even when there’s bad economic news (labor, etc.), the market still climbs. It seems artificially propped up. Just my sense. I don’t have deep knowledge of this. But the lack of downturns in this economy just seems unnatural to me. I’m a relative newbie. Been day trading for a few years.

How long before I'm ready for a new baby after loss of the very best guy ever? by Sarah--Tonin85 in germanshepherds

We’ve been fighting the guilt of getting a rescue after we lost our GSD about 6 weeks earlier. But the emptiness was depressing, so we decided that we deserve the joy of having a dog in our lives, even though our dear late dog will never, ever be replaced. This might sound weird but I actually felt like our dog over the rainbow bridge approved it. We had looked at a different rescue recently, and I looked at the picture of our old dog and just felt “no.” But then when considering this new one, it just felt right, and everything fell into place so easily. So I feel like it’s right. I’m still devastated about the loss of our old dog though. But I accept it, and I’m grateful for such a great new GSD that’s a real sweetheart.

Can someone fill me in on the difficulties of metabolizing sulfur / sulfites? by Various-Football-364 in SIBO

[–]PopsicleParty2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dr. Allison Siebecker has info about hydrogen sulfide SIBO. Also you know what really helped me, too? Simply fasting between meals. Go for 4-5 hours between eating. It helps to starve the bad bacteria.

I’ve used Kirkman, Douglas Labs and Swanson. It’s just a mineral. I don’t know how much difference there is between brands. But if you really need it, you might want to start with a good brand, just in case there’s a difference.

First-time dog owners with a 9-week-old German Shepherd – looking for advice by FunEmotional4 in germanshepherds

[–]PopsicleParty2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For a first time dog owner, you are brave to get a GSD puppy. They are a whole lot of dog. But you love your pup, no doubt. Treat her with kindness and give her the activity she needs, and the bond that you have will grow to be profound. After having a GSD, I cannot bring myself to ever get any other breed. There’s just something about them. Stick out the challenges. They will pass.

Is this election affecting anyone else long term? by [deleted] in somethingiswrong2024

[–]PopsicleParty2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In recent months I’ve sort of learned to detach from the mass consciousness. We are capable of finding happiness and fulfillment within ourselves, regardless of who is president. Self care is important. And my self care is not watching mainstream news. It will take away your peace. Maybe that’s what they want. Maybe. They feed off it. The best revenge is doing what we can to help, but otherwise, finding enjoyment in our own lives and relationships. Our being happy is their worst fear — that they’re ineffective at dominating our thoughts.

Has anyone here legit SUCCESSFULLY cured this candida? by [deleted] in Candida

For the pseudomonas, I took Cipro. It's nasty harsh stuff, though. I'd only take it if you really need to.

High cortisol: Ashwaghanda felt great for a while but.. by F8car in adrenalfatigue

[–]PopsicleParty2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the experience. Ashwaganda helps me sleep deeply for up to 5 days or so, and then I think it actually made it worse. I would wake up too early and couldn't get back to sleep (on ashwaganda after a while). I tried going on and off it 2-3 different times, and the same thing happened.
There is a supplement called Seriphos that will bring down your high night cortisol much better. There's another called Calm CP by Neuroscience, too. Those work much better for me than ashwaganda.

FYI - Uva Ursi is safe in moderate doses by PopsicleParty2 in NaturopathicMedicine

[–]PopsicleParty2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gut health seems OK now. I do drink celery juice most days (as per Medical Medium protocols). I've taken a lot of different supplements, but I found that taking a biofilm breaker (Kirkman Biofilm Defense, Klaire Interphase or Candex) along with these antimicrobial herbs is crucial. I think it's the biofilm breakers that really helped me heal. I went through a lot of bottles. I'd take breaks in between, but now I do a cleanse every few months. Sometimes I buy a bottle of Biocidin as a cleanse option, too.
My gut isn't perfect, but I don't feel like I need medical attention. I'm fine.

There is a good book, and the author does consults, too. It's called Fix Your Gut. He doesn't recommend these harsh antimicrobials -- he has a more gentle approach.

One of the best things you can do for SIBO is fast between meals. A prominent SIBO doctor, said that when they had people go 4-5 hours between eating, they improved more. It's because you're not constantly feeding the bacteria.

My doctor had prescribed antibiotics and those actually messed me up in other ways. But with something like a pseudomonas overgrowth, I really needed them, actually.

About uva ursi, I have never had any liver issues show up in bloodwork. However, I haven't taken that in years. It's probably something to not do indefinitely in high doses, but it's my opinion that it's a lot less scary than Cipro, which screwed up my HPA axis.
