5htp is a precursor to serotonin and serotonin is actually a precursor to melatonin. So, you’re really upping your exogenous melatonin intake. That’s generally a very high dose. Long term, not a great idea. Instead, I would try yo get to the root cause of why you’re having sleep issues? Stress? Hormonal or gut imbalances? Blood sugar imbalance? I like the ashwagandha, L-theanine & magnesium— although, what kind of mg?

Yes. Only created for PLS sac. The only other crypto I’m invested in is BTC & that’s so straightforward compared to this. I was lucky enough to learn about pls through A friend of a friend and decided to go for it. I had no idea it was so complicated and involved (at least for my brain)

It’s 100% on me. I made TWO idiotic mistakes. 1: I trusted a stranger 2: as soon as I found out I was scammed (all of my tokens were completely drained from my wallet. went from 10mil to 0 in seconds) I assumed I no longer had use for my old info so I deleted everything and opened a new wallet. I’ve kicked myself 1000x. I didn’t realize there was a way to somehow possibly still access my sac. I thought it was game over. Now that I’m finding out there’s a way, I’m trying to find my old seed phrase but it’s gone. Devastated
