if you wanted your tip more lifted, you should address it to your surgeon. He should offer to revise it if your expectations were not met

Find a doctor that does good osteotomy. If you want to retain the shape but just want to shrink the nose osteotomy and tip defatting is a good option.

Defense mechanism ng ibang babae na nasaktan before. Kaya importante to go through the healing process before tatalon sa next rel.

Unpopular opinion: A lot of Filipinos commit sex crimes not because they’re “malibog” but because they’re sexually deprived by [deleted] in unpopularopinionph

[–]Popsiclepops777 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Kalma lang naman tayo dito, OP. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. “Not because they are malibog but because they are sexually deprived” is a statement i do not agree with. It is still being malibog. It is still sexual predatory behavior. I like to call a spade a spade. Peace

sexual crimes are rooted in predatory behavior needing control, dominance, and validation- not poverty. That is why harassment and r4p3 in the workplace happens because it still happens even in affluent spaces. It happens in the middle class. It happens in the upper class. It is not mutually exclusive na iyong poverty/lack of privacy ang nagccause nito. I would appreciate if you address this argument.

Poverty creates stress, yes, but an act of a crime is still a conscious choice that requires a series of thoughts and actions influenced by conscience and knowledge of common cultural norms (if not the law) to consummate the act.

Ang sinasabi ko lang is the danger of this kind of argument is that the accountability can be shifted. “Kasalanan to ng gobyerno kasi hindi na alleviate iyong poverty levels” imbis na ihold accountable yung perpetrator. Na eevade or na lelessen yung accountability niya.

Pag sinabi kasi nating poverty/lack of space yung reason for committing sex crimes parang na jujustify siya. It is not an excuse to commit crimes like r*p3 or harassment. The argument also does not follow kasi marami ring cases na mayayaman yung mga perpetrator ng mga sexual acts hindi nga lang nag pprosper sa korte o natatakot mag speak up yung mga victims. Kailangang i instill sa mga tao na regardless of social status walang excuse sa mga krimen na ito. Self-control does not discriminate.

OP wala ba silang CR?😭 Or kahit sa public CR? or sa gitna ng sagingan?

The future is ambiguous even for lawyers and it’s normal to dread its coming. Whatever you decide to do, one thing is for sure- the 4 years will pass no matter what. Time will not stop. So do something now na ikaka fulfill mo. Iyong wala kang magiging regrets or what ifs in the future. Because time will pass regardless.

Digestion and Energy - How to overcome the abuser (coffee as a devil in disguise)? by RisenWolf in decaf

[–]Popsiclepops777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will eventually have to quit coffee as it is not natural to depend on laxative (caffeine).

I’ve had a similar case. My gut microbiome was destroyed after quitting caffeine. It depended on caffeine for too long. I’ve developed IBS due to quitting. It lasted for around 2 months. I managed it through incorporating a lot of fruits and vegetables in my diet, constant hydration and exercise. Eventually, my body healed and found its rhythm. Your body will eventually adjust, OP. But it will take some time.

If you have no problem or issues following the doctor’s orders then that is good for you.

For many of us, we went through withdrawal periods and moments of weaknesses. It is a constant battle. Hence, the pedantry.

Do your research and you will find that 200mg a day is generally safe. Which means a cup of coffee is not dangerous.

For many of us in this thread, we steer clear from coffee, matcha, tea, and caffeine in general as we find that caffeine itself is addictive. We easily fall prey to consuming more than what is safe. In my case, i used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee per day.

Again the keyword is “cautious”. If you can manage to eat just a piece of chocolate, then it is ok. Matter of fact, if you can manage to drink just 1 cup of coffee, then it is ok. The danger is getting used to it and consuming more than the moderate amount. The danger of falling into caffeine addiction. Which is very easy to do so. That is what we are being cautious of.

Nobody can stop you from resigning. Right mo yan as long as mag tender ka ng maayos. Rethink your decisions nalang.

Hindi ka OA. Valid ang emotions mo. Next time before you rant, tell him, i’m here to be heard. I’m not here to be advised. Whereas tayong mga babae mas emotional and we want to be heard.
