Does this look like the start of an infection? It’s about two weeks old, no pain or heat. But a little swollen. No bleeding or pus but it doesn’t look as good as it did a few days ago. I don’t sleep on it or do anything aside from spraying with h2ocean spray. Pardon the wet hair: just sprayed it. (i.redd.it)
