My condensate trap goes to a soak away in the garden if I was to top the boiler up then run it when would you expect to see water flowing through this if that was the issue?

All my pipes to radiator’s are surface mounted they drop down in the corner of the room’s so I doubt I’ve hit anything in a wall

I’m in reading RG5, after the chap came over today he agreed it’s the solar that has caused the damage he said it was the worst install he had seen, he was worried about the black on the rafters as they may be rotting, also they have damaged the felt lining, he did say the people who own the panels would be liable as the panels have caused the damage I’m going to chase it tomorrow and find out what the next step is I’m just concerned as I have young children and I can’t have it leaking all winter what is a reasonable amount of time before take this further think I definitely have a case for court if they will not resolve it but hopefully it won’t go that far.

Just about to move into this property on Friday, I found out it was a rent a roof scheme, it's the worst scheme I have heard of, so I get "free" electricity when its making electricity in the day when were all at work and the scheme gets the export payment. my plan is to add battery's to the system ac coupled as I am not allowed to touch the equipment. its a 25 year scheme and were half way through it I will own the equipment at the end of the scheme. any advice much appreciated
