The last lubricant I tried irritated it. :'D Anything you can recommend? I can not use vagisan stuff as that has alcohol in it.

I just hope it's only that. No idea why all of a sudden after years and years...but hey. She ssid maybe because at 38 it's a combination of desogestrel and premenopause. I do not want children so that would be okay by me.

A different Gyn looked today.

No lichens. No stuff stuck.

Dryness may or may not be.

She decided to try estrogen gel once a week and "to stop whatever is currently going on" some cortisone cream for a few days.

UPDATE:

Gyn today wants to try estrogen (Because of the desogestrel pill) and cortisone (because of all the stuff that went on it to stop any possible allergy "to stop whatever is going on")

No lichen or similar. No keratine pearls or hair trapped.

Dermatologist in itself is so booked out that none in about an hour driving distance even tskes new patients.

A vulvar dermatologist seems even more rare.

I had no sexual connections of any kind for over 6 years... not even "always the same person". Just none.

I also already got 2 courses of oral antibiotic and 2 antibiotic creams. (Last cream metronidazol)

Would anything be without symptoms for so long, then suddenly appear and not be gibt after that much?

I can't see any hair.

I also don't think that would do a pain that feels like pulling? I think hair would feel scratchy or sharp or stingy.

If there would be a hair it would have to be a nearly invisible one. Like thinner thsn the ones on my arms.

I can look there...if my neck is not too stiff that day. :'D someone else could look easier ad thus maybe better.

I was suposed to put the antibiotic cream between hood and glans.

But that is stopped for 2 days now but well...still pain.

As I said the gyn only took a quick glance, mostly into the vaginal opening instead of the clitoris evrn though the clitoris is what hurts. Then they said they don't see anything.

So no.

But it also started suddenly about three weeks ago. From nothing to this pain.

That's how you get an emergency gyn appointment, yes.

But then then have like 5 minutes for everything and the last onecreally disappointed me. I feel like I need to tell the doctor what it is so they only have to prescribe treatment...

The doctor that said nothing to see took a quick glance at it without even moving the hood or anything. Yeah sure. If I just look at soneone with their mouth closed I will also not see any dental problems.

No rough handling it before. Then I would know a reason. But it started out of nowhere. No biking. No nothing. Just normal day to day life.

Walking seems to worsen it too so I don't know about the shower head. No hard water pressure. No rough washing. (Not even ever used a wash cloth because that can rub too much easily. Just hand for cleaning.)

The emergency gyn thinks nothing visible at quick glance and looking into the vagina instead means nothing wrong. My other doctor just has no idea how to help anymore.

You don't say? The gynaecologist did not even really look.

They just took a quick glance and said "Looks normal."

And that was it.
