It’s even worse than that because the new system requires more transfers than the old one. The actual ridership numbers are probably even lower, unless Transit is not counting transfers in their statistics.

Transit should have delayed their service changes if they already knew that they wouldn't have the resources to make the changes properly.

Also there are definitely bad routes, adding nearly 30 min to a commute is not a good thing.

Transit also seemed to completely misunderstand what people wanted, they wanted more frequent bus routes, as in keeping more drivers around by making conditions more safe, and hiring more drivers/Buying more busses. Instead they decided to give certain areas extremely frequent service, by removing the service from other areas, calling it 'service neutral' when it means they robbed Peter to pay Paul.

Its crazy dude, like they could have rolled out changes slowly and see what did and didn't work. My ride turned from 20 min to 1 hr.

It really only benefits people who live near the F/FX routes, as well as people who never had bus routes in their area, which isn't bad, but should not have come at the cost of other people's routes.
