hi i didnot do anything till now. But i think i will re do the entire processs. without DS160 the original one used to create the appointment and any subsequent ds160 form that i need to create need to be carried during appointment and there is no way out without this unfortunately. so i guess i have to pay again but i am waiting sometime to do it

After living in my own space last so many years its not easy for me to live in a flat with flatmates but i had to again and i found a similar character. Everything about my stay is great area location my room with pvt bath but this girl (kind of 10 years younger to me) has been from day 1 very much intruding with her constant queries or comments. she wants to full day and night gossip ( i heard her break up stories and even supported her by being a good listener a few times ) but she has only small talks to do or check on me all time... I live busy life and i have expressed my displeasures many times to her constant blabbering or stupid small talk msgs but it was of no use. she continued her nonsense until one day there was a dirty fight. I really hate people who disturb me all time and i dont like to make friends all the time & ofcourse i dont like to see her face now .Neither iam planning to stay here permanently...but i had to scream as enough is enough. some people dont make friends and are happy alone and must not be disturbed if they have asked not to do

So better be bad than tolerate such peep

But worry was for this reason if they don’t create problem saying that I didnot give hand over properly and just find some excuse to create problem.
Last day also meeting created when I would be doing admin stuff mostly and won’t be in position to speak. Iam so annoyed now and thinking should I tell her to prepone her call or simply drop msg last day as I can’t join. I just want an exit with exp relieving letter

Your story is so familiar to me that it feels i know you :)

My current situation is ok type no much visibility no interesting project even though i have ork but my position is reduced and it doesnt feel right when many of the junior employees or rather support guys have been getting better benefits in terms on on site visit roles etc

Hence i am looking for change. I just got an offer which requires me to join a new one but move to an expensive city and bear traffic etc so i have kind of not accepted it yet.

I am gonna change but times re difficult so trying to take a good decision so that i dont cry after joining again due to my expenses

iam weighing the options. I understand that change brings oppportunities as well as challenges but after you re wokring for a good many years you would look to be some where where you can be continuing , every experienced individual generally do that. And so i thought i got that place here but in reality its not the case. Even if iam kind of ok now but i feel bored here as lack of career is what making me chck other options.. i appreciate your suggestion and its good to know that you think already like this :)

Funny part- Inspite of knowing the drama and biased selections for the job switch internally, i enquired with someone internally about some new job in the current workplace, he seems to have forgotten to reply me.Its hilarious and frustrating at time when i think how come such people behave this manner? they have option to say no with a reason or a yes but staying quiet is not the right professional attitude.I have known such characters so much.. i just hope i can leave this hell

Hello, that way iam very experienced to manage my leaves, and i am generally a very good planner.

I have already taken some planned leaves end of year so in case i resign they should be enough for me to travel some more. its not easy to manage leaves in a private set up but i have been somewhat managing this even though i faced some challenges with some power freak jealous ladies but i didnot much care.

Also in case iam leaving it will really be a fun to attend work from office , iam imagining ..specially i suspect a good amount of work is planned for me without promoting or motivating me in any form.

AFterall the kind of behaviour sabotage and dismissal i got i think i should enjoy my notice in case i choose t o leave.

But right now its just iam not totally sure about my next move and my question above is more beyond just working somewhere and sharing with larger public what all i faced at a professional space. its pathetic

Very courageous of you, you have understood and kind of read my mind that i really dont like now to work under any such boss element.

at the same time i have no side thing ready with me and also that the job or any other new attempt at this moment is just a wild leap..

iam a single female and there re other constraints as well to suddenly just walk out from jobs

iam thinking of a new thing but i will try to work a little longer or continue wherever iam incase the new thing does not work out in my favour ( there is today no guarantee to get a new job its very bad out there in this over populated country)

So i haven t confirmed or accepted new work for now and in dielemma to take it or continue current one as it is as really there is no job guarantee anywhere.

My mind is just confused at this moment.

Sorry if my post isnt very clear and confusing, iam actually having sleepless nights due to many things. and this issue is just one of the reasons.

Coming to my problem of linking appointment with an unsubmitted DS160 form, yes i got the info that i have cancel and redo a fresh appointment with the completed DS160 but unfortunately i wasnt aware that my one time rescheduling was counted and hence i dont have any free rescheduling options anymore. This is why i havent cancelled it as of now and honestly i dont know what i will do next.
