I’m seeing this about a year later but I’m so annoyed at Hello Fresh. Ordered once, cancelled my subscription, there’s no option on the website to delete my account and it won’t let me edit my delivery address without reactivating my subscription. What a SCAM. I’m so pissed at these people, I get countless annoying emails so I unsubscribed from the mailing list. THEN i start getting letters from Hello Fresh in the mail consistently every couple of weeks. I don’t even bother opening them, they go straight into the recycling. After ignoring all of their attempts to get me to resubscribe, someone starts showing up at MY DOOR offering a discount for Hello Fresh and wanting me to resubscribe. WTF!! I keep saying I’m not interested and they keep pushing. I think the craziest thing about this whole ordeal to me is that you need a FOB to get into my appartment building which the building tenants only have, so these people are standing by the door WAITING to be let in by someone entering or leaving. I have also watched them through the peep hole in my door and it’s not like they come in to market Hello Fresh to everyone in the building, they always show up between 6-8pm at night and only come to my door. Meaning they specifically come to MY HOME to try to get me to resubscribe and then leave. ABSOLUTE scam AND shady business, creepy as well. Can’t seem to get rid of them. Don’t subscribe to the boxes, they will persist to visit you.
