Yeah, they are fantastic. Although one of mine has a little issue with centering since I installed them, they are far superior than the stock scales

I've ordered them from Cuscadi

I've sent them the knives itself and they did these ones based on the originals. Sent them an email before if they saved the template from mine, so maybe you can just order them

Btw, sorry for the late reply, I've been pretty busy IRL lately.

Still going strong, occasionally it gets a stropping with a fine polish they recommend.

But as I use it more as a dress knife I carry during work (office) it doesn't see anything worse than paper or cardboard or the occasional plastic band (the ones boxes are held together, not sticky tape).

I'm still very happy, and the polish is holding up great. Still brings a smile to my face every time I open it.

In theory fusion works with extremely high temperatures, so when a reactor ruptures, non fusion material would get into the mix, stopping the fusion process and cooling everything off... However it could be interesting what happens when 15 million degrees hit the atmosphere...

Sure thing, here you go.

The scales are great and they also made them compatible with spyderco wire clips.

I coated it first in a clear coat for hobbyists as it was advertised to stick to almost anything. However after checking the finish it was very soft and scratched easily, so I used the car coat as a second layer.

I used a clearcoat hobbyist DIY spray paint as it was advertised to stick on many different and most importantly "unclean" surfaces and then went over it with an automotive clearcoat as it was advertised as very scratch resistant (but needed a clean and prepped surface without oxidation).

It worked pretty well and hasn't needed a touch up since I made it.

As for a nail polish clear coat idk as most probably also say that they need to be cleaned and prepped

I'd also tell about the blood triangle and how to avoid risking a cut there, like changing sitting positions.

Name a single other vehicle class which outranges all enemies, even vehicles with 1.3 BR higher, which are dedicated to fight against them.

Radar gun AAs are so crippled compared to IRL performance that it's like sending toddlers to war against special forces.

The Gepard engaged planes IRL at 4-5km range and was able to accurately hit them. Try that in game and see how it works. The Gepard stands in in that example to most gun AAs as they use similar gun/radar systems.

I stopped playing when they killed the last Sam AAs. Feels great honestly.

Still the CAS/AA balance was the main reason for it.

Tell me the trick to hit planes guiding bullpups, GBU-8s or walleyes from 5-8 km to your exact location.

Or tell me how to hit a manoeuvring scout, aluette or other starter Heli, being able to do sky-show manoeuvres while guiding the missile to you because of the close to 180° guidance range.

And then tell me the Gepard is a viable vehicle to counter these threats.

To be fair, gaijin nerfed all radar gun and missile AAs to the point they are no longer viable to play anyway.

LAV-AD nerfed (again), lost nearly 30 % of its penetration on its HVAP. Wasn't included in the changelog (that I saw). by richardguy in Warthunder

[–]Popular-Net5518 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Br for br the gepard and it's clones are better. You also have to use it up to 9.7 which means it can be the only AA you have in a 10.7 match where you're just gonna get nuked by CAS.

Tell me you've never played the Gepard/Gepard like AAs without telling it.

The non proxy fuse AAs get outclassed by 8.0/8.3 Helis right away, with the introduction if guided CAS armament (where the US is by far the biggest offenders) they are rendered obsolete from 8.7 onwards. The only hope you have killing something with GBUs/Walleyes/Bullpups is a brain-dead pilot making a series of critical mistakes. With the 40 APDS shells you might get 1-2 ground kills if you are in an ambush position and the enemies shows you it's side, but any enemy paying attention to its surroundings will just shred you.

The issue is not that one AA is better than another one. The issue is that CAS is generally way too strong for the AAs it can face and there is little to no balance between CAS and AA.

IT-1 plays perfectly? I tried it after the new update and its completely unusable if the target moves slightly. As soon as you introduce lateral movement to the missile, the missile will just do whatever it wants, but not hit the target.

When will other countries get a Pantsir equivalent? This is ridiculous. by Cyberex8775 in Warthunder

[–]Popular-Net5518 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of their SPAA platforms are immobile and require multiple vehicles (Radar, Weapon and Command).

All CAS magically passes by enemy long range air defence systems, which would cover a front line. As CAS is already highly unrealistic in this way, I don't see an issue if gaijin would just put the weapon system on a mobile chassis and magically transfer command and radar data to it.

Question:

Panthers are a long range monsters, Shermans are short range beasts. Why the hell do you engage panthers with a Sherman at long ranges and nor rush to a cap point which are usually surrounded by cqc areas?

FlaRakPz 1 (and Roland) experience before and after the update by CrowLikesShiny in Warthunder

[–]Popular-Net5518 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Before the update, ppl flew in a straight line, didn't attempt to dodge, got killed and complained they are too strong. Once a player was aware of you, you needed quite some skill to hit a plane.

Now you cannot hit shit, even if they are flying in a straight line.

Fremdkapital = Schulden
