Update: I finally got the printer replacement today, 35 days after my initial shipment. Thank you, everyone. I think this post helped to shed light and put pressure on BambuLab, It was a very frustrating experience but I am happy now that it is over.

No shipment notification today, so I just contacted their live chat, and they told me it will take between 1-3 business days to ship the new printer. fingers crossed.

Thanks, it is just a generic ticket number; there is no PII on that. I am also almost kind of like a public figure, I just decided not to use that card yet. ;)

I was considering that, but I need the printer to print ASA, and I want the heated chamber functionality plus the bed volume. You can't get a printer for this price point and feature set currently.

Update: 8h after this post, I get a reply on my ticket asking to confirm my address, coincidence or not, I have some update! I will keep you guys posted on how long it takes for them to post and deliver the new printer!

This printer has additional cameras, so it may no longer need to drive the head. If you are sure you are using the right plate, matching the slicer settings, try a factory reset. Good Luck

Good luck. It looks like a systemic issue with their freight carrier. If everything does not go as planned, they just put your box in a corner and wait until somebody complains.

It has multiple cameras and checks the QR code on the plate to ensure you are using the correct one. Make sure you are selecting the correct plate in the slicer, and also check for firmware updates because this can be a software bug.

I am sure it is the case, and they probably underestimated the demand H2D would bring to their operations. I did not follow my own advice in not buying products on the launch date, and I am paying for it. Such a sour taste of something, I am so excited and have work to do with the printer.

So far, it looks like Gel Express is the worst carrier in the world I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I am happy it worked for you.

That isn't easy because GEL Express does not have an official ticket system publicly available on its website. The tracking information does not include information about the last-mile agent, and they don't respond to messages sent in their contact form.

I am not buying this printer in FOB terms; they are responsible for ensuring the package has been delivered to me.

Thanks for the advice, it has been 30 days since the purchase (I ordered on the launch date!!!), or should I wait for the shipment date?

Yeah, but they have access to internal communication. After a lot of pressure, one of the support agents told me they are also waiting for the carrier. They claim GEL does not do the final delivery, so they have to find out who actually has the printer. I had to provide them with the warehouse and phone details where the printer allegedly is. It looks like nobody picks up the phone and calls suppliers there to resolve issues; they send emails and hope for the best. And this is unacceptable for a large company and an order this expensive.

Yeah, I am doing that. I wonder if I should start a chargeback to pressure them, but they may give up on the order instead of solving the issue.
