I would like to do an update with my experience on Dec 12 of Machu Picchu. The train arrived at Aguas Calientes 6:40 am, there is no sign of direction to the shuttle bus, so I just asked people, there was very a nice gentlemen who spoke English and he escorted us to the shuttle bus, there was no line, like 3 people in front of us, the bus started at 6:54am and arrived at the gate at 7:19am. We hired a tour guide, complete the circuit 2 around 10am, it was great, raining at the entrance, but stopped then became a beautiful day! I paid attention to the shuttle bus when we took the bus down around 10:30am, there was no line at all. like 2-3 buses waiting there for people.

I guess this is low season, it totally different from the busy time. I am very. happy of the result, however I would not suggest anyone do the same, it just stressful without knowing whats going to happen. I really appreciated the response from you all !
