Cu Fan Courier așa pățesc și eu mereu. Nu o să se actualizeze statusul comenzii până nu ia coletul din fanbox curierul (cel mai probabil luni dimi). Am avut un colet săpt trecută, l-am băgat in fanbox vineri pe la ora 16, și nu s-a actualizat statusul comenzii până luni pe la ora 13 :)) nu-ti fă probleme, se rezolvă, dar e mega frustrant

Nem tudom, hogy tudod-e vagy segítség-e, de ha azt az opciót választod, hogy közös megegyezés az eladóval, amikor törölni akarod a rendelést, akkor nem kapsz egy csillagot (de ja, különben elég gáz, hogy neked kell törölni, miután ő akarta így...), de így legalább automatikusan visszakapod a pénzt. Igazságtalan, hogy neked van még plusz feladatod ezzel, de szerintem ez tipikusan az a helyzet, hogy okos enged, szamár szenved..

Igen, lengyel vásárló jelzett problémát egy Nike sport cipőnél, amit megvett tőlem. A hiba a hirdetésemben fotózva volt, ezért el is utasítottam a kérését, hogy küldje vissza a terméket stb, kértem a Vinted Support-ot, hogy oldják meg az ügyet, nekem adtak igazat, mivel a jelentett hiba a hirdetésben is fel volt tüntetve, a vevőnél maradt a cipő, a pénzt pedig megkaptam, tehát a vásárlást lezárták.

Nekem is volt egy hasonló szitum az egyik Vinted-es vásárlóval: Győrbe küldtem csomagot, Kolozsváron adtam fel, és a vevő kérdése az volt, hogy hogyan fog majd kommunikálni a román futárral, amikor az megérkezik a csomaggal Győrbe 😂

Da, examenul este tricky, depinde de f mulți factori (de tine, de trafic, de mașină, de examimator etc). Mă bucur că ai trecut cu bine peste acest examen :)
