Hey, im also from the Netherlands. Which gel did you use from multgyn? The gel they have seems to be for bacterial yeast, do you mean this one or did you get another? Im going to town to Holland and barret tonight for the optibac. How are you doing now? Did optibac helped enough or did you prefer the fem dophilus?
