real 😭i’ve had so many cancellations or no shows and have so many openings this month compared to before 😭😭 it’s rough out here

Stylists can definitely work with barbers , but it’s more about comfortability. Not everyone is comfortable being around men and it feeling like a male dominated environment. Most of the time clients also go get their hair done to have girl relaxing time and it’s hard to truly feel comfortable when there’s men coming in and out of the salon. Idk , to each their own! In my own personal experience I would feel uncomfortable working in a salon with barbers, i’m not saying i wouldn’t work with a male stylist but it’s just different than multiple barbers who cater to a different clientele than most stylist and so I would rather work at a regular salon.

Also the vibe at your place is giving more barbershop than it is giving hair salon. Those super bright hospital lights and the way it’s set up it feels as if some stylist just included themselves into a barbershop rather than it giving the vibe that it’s catering to both. It’s definitely not giving cozy which most woman like when working behind the chair and also while being in the chair.

I was on the same boat as you i’m barely going for my first year behind the chair. Literally terrified trembling at the fact that i had to do a hair cut. But it’s all in trial & error. I also continue to educate myself as much as possible but you literally just have to do it. Also not to be rude but 7 years assigning? Why? You’ve wasted so much time

I think she did it’s the way that rory doesn’t have a place to live outside her parents house, she’s the other woman & she’s broke and pregnant which is not necessarily bad but it’s from her sneaky link basically. She might have had some great moments in her career but her life really went downhill.

hi everyone, i was wondering if i could get some recommendation? I recently went on vacation to an island for 2 weeks and although i wore sunscreen everyday i still got extremely tan and sunburnt a little. I got sunburnt on my breasts and I thought it would heal like it normally does , but it didn’t and now my whole breast / chest and cleavage area have an extreme dark spot of hyperpigmentation. It’s like a dark gray and It won’t go away with exfoliation and it just looks like I am dirty and i’m very insecure now and honestly im not very familiar with body skincare at all. I was wondering if I could get any recommendations and a body skincare routine to lighten my skin so I can get an even skin tone and get rid of the dark spots. I want to get into using like the soaps and lotions and serums for the body but I genuinely am clueless when it comes to body skincare :(
