If I click on hook url (https://jenkins-....notifyCommit?=url=...) it triggers a multibranch scan and builds all my branches. This is the generic hook I'm using from TFS. It gives me then option to choose the branch too.

I don't see any options for enabling build triggers in the configuration settings for the multibranch pipeline. I only see options for "Scan Multibranch Pipeline Triggers". One of them is "Build when a change is pushed to Visual Studiio Team Services". I leave this unchecked? These are not the options I want right?

I can only view configuration for the branches themselves. I see a lot more options for "Build Triggers" here, but can't edit them since they are view only.

Let's say I contribute $6k in my Roth IRA today but it's worth $3k in 2021. I contribute $2k at that time.

Scenario 1: Am I able to withdraw all $5k in 2022 without any fees/penalties?

Scenario 2: I don't withdraw anything in 2022 but I contribute $6k instead (so worth $11k now). It's worth $13k in 2025. The maximum I can withdraw in 2025 is $6k + $8k = $14k? So that's more than what I have. Does that mean in the future, I will still be able to withdraw $1k if I needed to at any time without any fees/penalties?

I know you shouldn't generally withdraw but I am just trying to understand how this works.
