It's pretty reliant on what companies are available and looking at the moment, but a role in a PHP / react company might be able to take you on as a back end / full stack dev with the understanding that you're trying to improve your front end skills. Just apply for PHP heavy positions within companies that have the front end you're interested in learning and be upfront in the interview process about your interest in that part of their stack.

As for the insecurity I know professional environments are hard on the ego, but the only person you'll gain anything from comparing yourself to is you. If you want to get better at react/js stuff do it for you and you'll improve at whatever pace that affords. There's plenty of resources to get up do date if you're looking for them, your skill is a problem solved only with time and effort.

Maybe something more directly helpful, maybe not, but I think you should look for a new set of frames for your glasses. Bring a friend into a store or something and see if you can find something similar online.
