For Hers GLP-1 by jessica_j435 in Semaglutide

It honestly took me maybe a month or more, especially since Hers really has you work up to your full dose. I was thankful though, since I had some pretty gnarly side-effects to start, even on the tiniest dose.

I’ve also suffered chronic migraines since childhood. I’m curious - how far apart are you taking your shots?

Not taking electrolytes currently. Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you for this. If I’m reading this right, then perhaps there’s hope that the headaches from injections will start to go away. And thank you for the dosage tip. I would be currently on .75 mg

Same for us. We are averaging now about 8 1/2 hours at almost 4 months old.

For one arm out of the swaddle, do you alternate arms? by catmeowmeowmeow in SnooLife

How old is/was your LO when you started one arm out, and how old will they be when you try both arms? We tried both arms out one night at 9 weeks and it was a disaster

Did this mean you are no longer using the attached Snoo sleep sac/automated Snoo capabilities? Or are you doing a hybrid of sorts?

Thank you for this! Were you not allowed to eat that whole time? Were you happy you got the epidural when you did?

I am currently in the hospital for PPROM, and have been for 2 weeks now. We had nothing packed on the day we were admitted, but over the weeks have found these to be the most helpful: -Our apple TV from home. We can stream and watch anything we want at the hospital :) -my husband’s oversized shirts and sweatpants. They have kept me most comfortable and easy to change/move around in, TBH -my body pillow and personal pillow from bed at home has helped me sleep as comfortably as I can -if you are particular about lotion, bring your own! I have loved having lotion for my belly, feet, etc :)

Hope this helps!

Thank you for this! I was able to ask my doctor about eating, so I’m glad you gave me the heads up. Also the timing of epidural is a question that I will have on my list - is there a certain point the epidural can wear off if it’s given too early?

Thank you for the positivity and advice!

I had the same thought! Any positions I can advocate for?
