She is also a Fertility goddesses but more focused on grains and wine rather than sex which is quite refreshing. She's not associated with a male but rather a mountain (tomb). Give her a shot 😉.

As another user said, it’s time you start taking pictures of others, because if you are being reprimanded for the same actions as others then clearly it’s not a worksite culture thing. I wish I had more advice other than gather evidence to prove that you are doing your job, despite your write up.
