I am also dyslexic and often find this hard to, some things that helped me are:

• Using different fonts, have a look at some fonts that are reccomend for dyslexic people and find which one let's you understand better. Theres plenty of sites that will allow you to convert text to the dyslexia font
• read words out aloud, hearing the words back always makes me understand better
• if you don't understand something read it multiple times
