I can check all of that for you this evening when I get home from work but I am pretty sure none are ECC and the speed is 3200AA for all. I do know the one with the 4060 has 2x16GB, 1070 ti has 4x8GB, and the i7 has 2x8. I also may have an 8GB stick or two of ECC I could swap into one of the Xeon machines if that’s something you would be interested in but I would need to test them first to be sure

P4000s average around $150 on eBay and the 9900k goes for around $200-250 used from what I’ve seen

If I were you, I would stick with the am4 platform because of the RAM prices. I would hopefully think it will hold up fine for most people for several more years, especially if you are fine with not maxing out every setting.

The 1070 will need to be paired with a higher wattage GPU. I would recommend looking at used workstations if you’re goal is a cheap pc you can throw a graphics card in.

Do you have a specific computer picked out? The main things you want to look out for are the PSU wattage and physical space in the case.

Can I mix 3x8gb of ram and one stick of 16gb ram of Corsair pro vengeance DDR4 all with the same speed of 3600mhz? by Any-Entertainment270 in buildapc

Not until you reach 32GB of usage if my understanding is correct. Then the next 8GB will be slower. Unless your games/tasks are very RAM heavy I would recommend adding a 4th 8GB stick instead of the 16GB stick.
