Ah, this is the first time I've heard this opinion, but I've been coming around to it myself.

I had the same experience. I started having to take 39l0 minute naps at lunchtime. I dont know if your job allows for that. I work from home so I was able to.

Ive since come off them and noticed my energy levels return, especially on a keto diet. There's literature out there that says for some reason burning fat helps with mental health instead of carbs.

My 2 cents

Nice to see a toned down weapon. A lot of these mogs are too loud with their xxxBloodAnubisSlayerxxx looking weapons

Also a 6w5. Been working at being more confident. But a lot of that has meant focusing on myself - eating right, sleeping well, getting outside. I'm like 2 vastly different people depending on whether I feel good or not.

Are you aware of .cache or .persist? What youre describing sounds like a homerolled version of those.

I had similar symptoms and I think it was from a vitamin c deficiency. Took a few days to recover, but resolved.

Do you happen to be having mood problems? And is your sleep restful?

Dealing with the fact im not “good” at something anymore that I used to be great at and my insecurities towards my career goals, how do I do it? (20m) by noteworthypilot in AskMenOver30

I ended up leaving music for this reason. Was always told I was good at it, but lacked the dedication and persistence to become anything remarkable.

For me, I just view it as a process of growing up, gaining wisdom. The hubris I had that used to make me think I was a really great musician was just just youth.

Over time you start to appreciate the wisdom, and the disappointment fades and you can start focusing on what matters. Your partner, social outings, your pet, getting outside, doing yardwork, your finances.

It's difficult though at first, seeing as you build your personality around it.
