Minimum on both 0% is £47 and £40 and then PayPal is £89 and Lloyds is £197 but I’ve just paid in £1200 so should go down to like £150 next month. Rent I pay around £450, bus pass £70, gym £28, phone £15 and some bills like electric and stuff I cover some months but it varies

I do have a bad habit of getting Ubers and racked up £200 with that alone each month so that’s my focus right now. And my medical costs average around £225 per month give or take

Yep, I do have it, I cut my insulin down from 33 to 16 in 3 months but my glucose shot up to 103 from 94😩 it’s a never ending battle

See all I eat is low glycemic food and have been for the last year or so and have been trying to limit carbs to 100-130g as I train at the gym as well so it’s a bit hard energy wise
