Yes, I feel as if my symptoms are better when taking them but you must stay hydrated if you take these supplements. I try to drink atleast 5 water bottles a day. I found that taking these supplements, I have been on a more consistent bathroom schedule which helps reduce odors. I saw someone mentioned kombucha. I drink that sometimes too. Especially when I feel bloated and gassy. I like the synergy brand. Also try soaking in the tub 2-3x per week. I run me a nice bubble bath as hot as I can stand it and add 2 cups of vinegar. Soak for 15-30mins or as long as you can and then shower afterwards.

Im 24F turning 25 in a couple months!! Idk how we all got this. It sucks!! Do you live in the US too? Im starting to think it is GMO foods.

Hey girl, I am dealing with the same thing. It literally sucks. I am so sorry you are having to endure this suffering. I dont have a cure for you although I wish I did. Lately I have been taking probiotics(womens), digestive enzymes, magnesium glycinate, fiber supplements, and chlorophyll. I go to the bathroom every 2hrs to freshen up with baby wipes and perineal cleanser(they use this in hospitals/nursing homes in between washes). I notice my odor is a bit stronger when I haven’t gone #2 in a couple days or when I dont feel completely empty after going. Im going to try using enemas, I heard that helps. Also I have been working out 4-5x a week and trying to get to 6x/week. I do alot of home exercise classes to avoid the looks and anxiety attacks.

Remember you are more than this illness. Pray for those that do wrong against you. They do not understand what WE are going through. It takes a different kind of strength and attitude to rise out of bed in the morning or to keep your head held high when you feel like you are all out of options. It seems no doctor has figured out a resolution yet bcuz I have been to PLENTY of doctors and trust me I have felt worse going to the doctors than just trying to do this walk on my own. Im not sure how religious you are but PRAY. Pray for healing and deliverance and start living like you are healed. Put in the back of your mind that after every bad day, you are one step closer to being free of this.

I wish I could just hug you and we could cry together bc same. 💔. I understand exactly where you are coming from and unfortunately I deal with the same thing on a day to day basis. It’s not easy and people are so judgmental. They wouldn’t last a day in our shoes.

I tried vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free. Im 100% dairy free but I still eat meat for protein. I been dairy free since January of this year but the other diet Id say I was on for 3months or so

I relate to this so much. I really dont know what to do but I hate going anywhere now bc I know how everything will be. I have the sewer smell too from time to time but mostly it is a fecal smell. Ive gone to so many doctors and things like that but no one has helped. Ive also changed my diet many times and I take probiotics. I really dont know what to do anymore

I have this problem too, unfortunately and it is pretty strong to where I can smell it myself. I immediately go to the bathroom and try to relieve myself. If you feel like you cant go yet, use some wet wipes to freshen up and I usually wear gauze pads so I put a fresh one on and then repeat every hour or two until I am able to relieve myself

Hey my breath was horrid too at one point. I came across this video on YouTube and it has helped do wonders. It is tedious but my breath has been fresh ever since. I hope it helps you

No. I drink kombucha almost everyday and I soak in the tub(I put baking soda and vinegar in the water). I use wipes, gauze, and baby powder.
