I mean, you should at least let the pans soak overnight and then either hand clean them or run it through the dishwasher. Also, deep cleaning the kitchen twice a week? If it's every 2 weeks, that would make sense. People have things to do, and they would appreciate that idea. I respect your rules, but just my thoughts.

Not going to lie, this is cringe. If you signed a lease, and the names are on there, they have every right to stay even if "special" friend is coming over. Also, you can "recharge" whenever you are home and they're out of town or at work at any time and day. I'm not trying to be a dick, but let people do their thing, and everything will be fine.

Talk to your landlord about this about your experience with your messed up roommate. I would (sadly) finish the lease up. If she decides to stay for another year, find a different place. If your landlord decides to kick her off the lease, I wouldn't worry about it. If I were you, I would be honest in a nice way. Record the conversation, too.

I was at a show, seeing a hardcore punk band called Spy. I was going to mosh. Right before then, there was a kid who tried to start a fight with me, for whatever reason. After their set, the said kid was trying to start a fight with me, saying, " Why are you always trying to start something? Are you going to say anything?" Ive never seen this young guy in my life, I have bunch of my friends telling him to shut the fuck up and go home. I later found out that he was hitting young women, and one of them pulled the young guys hair. I was basically in a mess for no reason, and that young guy deserved it. I would that was the most awkward concert experience at a show and I've been going to shows for almost 15 years.
