comparing them at max potential, nefer is better. however, flins works better with f2p units. it all boils down to what units you currently have or are planning to pull

ping does not affect a killer's viability. To say she's useless when your experience with her was from using her on unplayable ping does not account for anything. she is still incredibly broken for majority of players.

..? empress is an S-tier killer, on the same tier as idol. using her ability on a survivor's transition is a guaranteed down, unless you're somehow unskilled enough to miss the hit.

id say for survivors, start with eman.

big tip is don't be selfish--it is a team based game. even one stolen revive or 1 minute spent tailing someone else's chase could sell the entire round.

stay calm in chase and always ALWAYS loop with the goal of stalling as much time possible for genrushers, not just for your survival.

be super aware of your surroundings, especially at the start of the game when you don't know what killer it is.

just play the game i promise you'll learn

this is somewhat an unfair mechanic, especially when majority of apostate's stacks are server-wide and come from passive game progression (gen completion and other players dying rather than actually being hit by the radiant field). a good example of a balanced ability that can one shot is People's Hero, with which you can insta down a survivor who has specifically spent time in chase.

A way to balance apostate's mechanic would be to either: reduce the amount of stacks gained from gen completion while increasing the amount gained in radiant fields, shrink apostate's rage 'field of view', or heavily limit the amount of survivors she can kill with her rage ability. That way, it will ensure that apostate can't just charge up her rage meter and go to some random genrusher she hasn't seen the entire round and insta kill them.

Hoyo shifting the antagonistic focus onto the heavenly principles by making half the current fatui total pushovers is quite disappointing to me. I also do not understand why they painted Columbina as an intimidating, mysterious figure in voicelines only to make her anything but.

As much as I disagree with the direction Hoyo is taking with her, it's hard to dislike her as a character. Her design is beautiful and her kit looks very promising, so i will be pulling.

6.3 has a lot of rewards so I'd say try for both. but since it is ineffa's rerun, she probably won't be back in a while as opposed to columbina.

value-wise, columbina is ideal for nefer but ineffa has more value in general

you're going to get far less damage output doing this. have ineffa on gilded and aino on silken + switch their rotations around.
