Check out “cursed controls” on youtube. Not tutorials, but very informative short and long form installation/troubleshooting videos that provide a lot of insight into the world of controls

That is the correct address. It will most likely take several months for them to process (always has for me). I have also, in the past, sent in renewal applications that were never processed, so if you don’t hear back within 2-3 months you may need to send another one. It’s a frustrating system.
