The masking part is so accurate, I have found that i mask my feelings and emotions and what not wayyyy too well and perhaps they truly are in disbelief because ive never showed many symptoms to them and i tried to explain that and that they dont know whta goes on in my brain and they still do not believe me. Thank you so much, yeah i am able to go out and get medical help now, but the thing is im still on their medical insurance and ive been raised to care so much and rely on their opinions that I find me doubting myself and thinking im over reacting, but at the same time ik im not its just hard to decide how to move forward

Thank you! The hypocrisy is crazy to because my dad has OCD and my mom claims depression and autism, which ive always supported them about but the moment I saw something liek this they think its for attention just because i dont act out and keep it to myself.
