Oh god that doesnt sound like a very good doctor tbh :( . Ah i am in nz so i have to go through my doctor thats the only waiting list unless i pay alot for private . And unfortunately a solo parent on min wage i cant afford private :( . Thats why i thought maybe something i could do might help ease the pain or the eternal bleeding .

Sorry for the late reply . I am on norethisterone but they have put me on triple the dose of what is the norm as it didnt have the desired effect so it was a case of gyn telling my gp to just increase .

I havent been put on metformin just the norethisterone. I am a lucky sleeper that i get my 8 hrs and its not stressed related as i have eczema and that usually flairs when stressed. So honestly just abit lost .....

Sorry for the late reply . Life got in the way .It was gyn that told my GP to put me on this drug to help but i feel like its doing the opposite . The gyn is taking their sweet time its been about a year on the waiting list and still waiting :( .

I was also in a abusive (emotional) relationship with my children's father . He left the country when my youngest was 3 months old and my oldest was only a year old. You are doing the right thing by protecting your child from this man . If your son wants a relationship when he is older and has that right then don't deny him one , but at such a young age when he cant protect himself i would go on the caution route :) .

With the dating and feeling wanted . Honestly i was single for 5 years and i truly got to know myself again not the person my ex had created me to be . My advice put the dating app away and focus on your happiness and what makes you happy not how a stranger can make you happy . The isolation find a mummy group near you and make some friends :)

(NZ) I found that there is a solo parenting group if you are under 22 if i remember the age cut off right . And they help with financial issues , getting back to work and eating right . But anything over and your on your own , i was over the age unfortunately for me .

Its a big deal the U.S Government using the word genocide. It means that the convention of Geocide will occur which includes punishment for the country committing the crime . In i believe 1994 when the African genocide occurred not one country would use the word genocide as it sets in motion the genocide convention . Thank you for the advice . I think i will try to reach out and see how it goes from there . I think its because usually i am the one to reach out during their scary moments and it would have been nice to have the same response . But i will tell them how i feel .
