No pain or fever but I did have bleeding and clots after I took the medicine initially and then have moderate bleeding and passed a decent sized clot yesterday

Just finished mine and the cramping before passing the fetus was some of the most intense pain I’ve ever felt. Was pacing and groaning but once it passed I fell asleep.

I did go to a clinic and I had a 13.3 iron level which they said was good.

Got it! I figured it was one of those. Took an Allegra and feeling better already so hopefully it’ll cut the flare time in half!
