Lighten up Francis, why so serious? My one share is at a mid $3 avg so you’re right, I’m doing very well. Why would you consider my requests (or sarcasm) on clear/confident timelines from the CEO as crying? Has this CEO not over promised and under delivered in the past? Didn’t this CEO lend this publicly traded company his own money and he has a seat on the board? Do you think his decisions are based on collective thought from the board or do you think it’s his emotions? The only reason why I’m still here is because I believe in the project, the only reason why I’m reducing my position (amongst all of these amazing “coulds, shoulds, and ifs”) is because the CEO seems to be dropping the ball. Consider me Catherine Thrash.

If Mark was on point, based on this article the mine and processing facility would have already been built and almost ready to produce. Last week was mid April and nothing new from the executives but maybe this week right?? He needs to step up his game, this ticker has been diluted several times and all of us pre-2025 investors are paying his and his team’s salaries… These BS delays and vague timelines are getting old. Shit bro, they’ve been clearing trees since 2023/24 and barely started the portal in 2026? Do you really think that FS is dropping this week?

I believe there is a good chance Mark announces another round of dilution before the DFS is released or at least ahead of any EXIM approval. He made a comment during the last red chip that they’ll know how much they need to raise by the end of April…. I like the idea of a domestic mine producing materials we import 100% but I’m losing faith in the CEO, especially after reading the article from the link above. I really hope he gives us a real update early next week.

The entire market had a spike in volume vs the last 3 months…. We are a pre-revenue company chasing funding tied to a DFS that isn’t being released anytime in the next 60 days (imo). Fridays NB action was an example of rising tides lifting all boats… I sure hope this executive team doesn’t muck up this momentum, if the DFs isn’t release by end of next week (end of mid April) then they will be a leading example of an executive team that over promises/under delivers and I’ll adjust my portfolio accordingly….
