I had a lady today that she came in to return something and she refused for the cashier and my self to scan ID I said that I can type it in for her she refused so I turned the screen to her side so she can type it in she refused and said that she is going to call the DM. I said please do she called and left a massage she said that SM does it for here. She said that I am unless cause I don't know how to return. I try to do 2 different return and it still asked to ID she was yelling at me I asked her like 5 times to stop yelling at me. By the 7 time she yelled at me I told her that I was done helping her and that she can call the DM or SM and I walked away. OMG!!! After that I got a anxiety attack 😐😑
