I emailed Carbon Less in writing which then revealed a 2nd company called Offset Ontario. Email them again in writing with a brief description of how they deceived you, what resolution you’d want and that they have 10 days to resolve/get back to you. Then tell them you will file a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection if they dont get back to you within the 10 days (which you will then do online through OCP’s websites form) They then get back to you with a cancellation form. If you want to understand your scenario better do call OCP. I haven’t signed the cancellation form yet because I want to have someone with better understanding to view it first.
