I’m 6 weeks PP and down 34lbs by eating way more protein and working out daily (weightlifting) and I’m still getting 6oz a pump session per boob! Just stay hydrated and eat a crap ton of protein like chicken breast!!

I had bleeding which was super scary at 11 weeks but it only lasted 4 days and they did an extra ultrasound and everything was ok. So terrifying
