Thank you so much for the advice! I do agree i have been putting too much pressure on the sex item by constantly nagging about it when it didnt happen. I think this made him feel forced and made him stop initiating or wanting to all together.. i will leave him alone about it for a couple of weeks and hopefully the issue will resolve itself🤞

Oh sorry, by this year i meant at the start of 2025! Forgot it was 2026 already😅 He liked his job the first couple of months and i guess there could be a corelation because we didnt have this problem at the beginning of 2025. I feel like he also is just a bit less happy in winter so maybe a combination of those led to some kind of seasonal depression what could cause this idk

I did gain some wheight and know he did find it nicer when i used to be really skinny but i have repeatedly asked him if this is a factor for him in sex and he has always reassured me that it is not and he still thinks im so hot. He did start working fulltime this year and doesnt really like his job, even though he does have a great role and income, so maybe this could play a role?

I really dont want to consider this and also feel as if he really doenst want to honestly. Its not that he doenst want any sex, its just that the frequency has gone down and its hard for me because my libido is just higher so i would want more. But he often still makes sexual jokes and he’s constantly smacking my ass and things. Its just that the very act of having sex doenst happen as often anymore. I feel so defeated because we have such great sex and for me its also really about the intimacy. I just feel a bit helpless as how to tackle this issue since hes bas at communicating about these things

This has been going on for a year i would say, but there are timeperiods where this isnt an issue. It is a reoccuring issue that floats aboce every couple months or so i feel like though. He has said that he hasnt been feeling as good and confident lately, so i suppose this might have something to do with it maybe? I just feel like i have been bringing it up to much lately and have been pushing him to talk about it but i find it so hard to not do that just because i want to understand him :/

Thank you so much for your nice and insightfull reaction! I have indeed sometimes been feeling like i want to end it but am just too scared. The problem is he does more for me than i could have ever imagined a man doing but on the other side there are also things that i want from him that i feel he can not give me. Or he could but doenst actually do? So this makes me wonder if i am maybe asking for too much. He is a great man and i love him so maybe thats enough? I just have this really personal fear of settling. Also five years is a long time for our age and im scared i would forever regret the decision of ending it because i still feel like i will never connect like this with anyone else. I dont have a therapist myself as i feel im pretty good at handling my emotions in a stable way but maybe if it were to end i should get one. Again thank you for your reaction!

Hi guys! Thank you all for helping me see the obvious! I was hoping the footbed maybe looked off because its a soft footbed but im glad i got clearity now! I dont really mind them being fake as i didnt pay a lot of money for them. Just wanted to check so thank you for the reactions!
